At this stage of my career I'm being paid well by the 49ers and my heart will always be in San Francisco. Money is not the most important thing in my life, and I do appreciate the loyalty factor a great deal. Thanks for being one of my loyal fans. |

QUESTION 3 | Ten years from now when you retire, what are your plans? |
To play this game you have to have a nact for knowing what to do and when to do it. Any ball thrown to me I consider catchable and that's why I'll never give up on a ball thrown in my area. Ten years from now, who knows what I'll be doing, but it will probably be something related to the sports and health industry. |

My workout program consists of many different things. I work out with Raymond Farris who is a professional trainer, as well as some other players throughout the week. I train for about 4 1/2 hours per day and I do some cardiovascular training. I run some hills and I rotate that with other running exercises. I usually wind up my day with strength training of course by using weights. |
